Calling a cleaner shouldn't feel like an interview. Here's the rough flow so you know what to have ready.
A short email
Tell us where you are, what kind of clean (residential, commercial, exterior wash, deep floor), and roughly when you’d like it done. Couple of sentences is fine.
A real number
For straightforward jobs we reply same-day with a quote. For larger or unusual jobs we may pop round to look first — confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Booked in
We lock in a time that works for you, send a confirmation, and turn up on the day with everything we need. You walk through after to sign off.
Address or suburb, rough size of the space (rooms / floor area / number of staff), what kind of clean you'd like, and any specific timing or access notes. Don't worry if you're not sure — we'll walk you through it.
